Data security and privacy statement
Introduction
The Converton methods understands the importance of ensuring the privacy of your personally identifiable information (PII), or sensitive personal information (SPI). For this reason, we have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the rules on data protection are observed by us, as well as by our partners and external service providers. We want to point out, that the transmission of data on the internet can have security gaps and complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Data security and privacy of our Apps
We do not store any private/sensitive information in the apps provided through the Atlassian Marketplace for Atlassian cloud products. We don't store any analytical or tracking data, or place cookies or tracking beacons in any apps suitable for Atlassian cloud products.
What data do we store?
Cloud Apps
All the data is stored in your installation of Confluence Cloud and sent through safe setup provided by Atlasssian.
HTTPS and SSH are the only protocols available to our cloud platform. SSH access is limited to Converton Engineers. SSH access is restricted to known trusted internal networks with key-based authentication.
Licensing and Billing information
Any privacy related information mandatory to the licensing and billing of our Atlassian Marketplace Apps is collected and processed by Atlassian. Tis is controlled by the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and the Atlassian Privacy Policy. As part of the services provided through the Marketplace for vendors, the Converton has access to this billing information including :
- Billing ID
- Transaction ID
- Account-Name and E-mail address of the technical contact
- Country
- License tier
- Server/Cloud Hosting type
- Maintanance information
- Information about the participating Atlassian partner
We may only use this information for optimization of our apps and our internal statistics. We may also use the information provided, when contacting you in regards to any issues related to licensing and billing.
